MTM Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in our Slane Head Office in County Meath.
The Role...
As Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the wider Finance Team, collaborating with Accounts and payroll to manage our growing workforce and operations in Ireland and abroad.
The role and responsibilities in the key duties listed below are not exhaustive. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties from time to time within the general scope of the post. This role should develop along with the changing demands of the Company’s objectives and priorities.

Responsibilities...
Management of tax number application process for all European employees.
A1 Applications with Department of Social Protection.
Liaise with Document Control.
General accounting administration duties.
Provide administrative support to the payroll department.
Assist the Financial Controller and the accounts team in the day-to-day accounting function.
The Person...
Experience using computerised payroll software would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel.
Analytically minded with excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy.
Ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
May be suitable to trainee accounting technician
