As a Graduate Electrical Engineer at MTM Engineering, you will be involved in the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as project design, installation, and technical problem-solving. You'll play a key role in supporting the engineering team with a variety of technical tasks, contributing to the successful completion of high-profile projects.

Responsibilities...
Involved in the latest technology data centre construction projects in Ireland, the UK and across Europe
Reviewing project technical specifications and drawings to understand the operational requirements of MTM Engineering projects
Use of BIM navigational tools to view and analyse building 3D models as required for projects
Selection of suitable cable installation accessories required for cable installation and preparing technical submittals for approval by the client
Reviewing construction drawings and BIM Models to understand and define electrical routings required on site
Generation of Requests For Information (RFI) to client to seek clarity on specification requirements
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the wider MTM Engineering team to obtain solutions to issues as they arise
Periodic site visits to review site progress and discuss any changes required with other MTM Engineering team members
Organisation of workload to suit priorities as agreed with the MTM Engineering team
Completion of assigned tasks to agreed timelines
Specification and procurement of electrical equipment to match specifications provided by clients and suppliers
Participation in team discussions on any issues identified
The Person...

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong interest in Electrical Engineering and a desire to develop technical expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
A flexible attitude with a willingness to travel for site visits in Ireland, the UK, and Europe, as required.
Desirable:
Some relevant work experience or internships in Electrical Engineering
A keen interest in working on large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors
