Commercial responsibility of major projects, liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Measure from plans to produce detailed BOQ, labour hours and material costs

Liaise with our site teams to track work efficiencies, S/E and reporting

Provide project costing, margin and cashflow reports.

Manage project scope variations

Develop and maintain relationships with the client to support operations and maintain positive relations on behalf of the Company

Assist with the review of all tender documentation including drawings and specifications

Conduct site visits when required to determine tender requirements

Assist with identifying areas for improvement, expansion, company strategy and procedures
