As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with administration, onboarding, safety and tax compliance matters.

Responsibilities...
Manage, control and co-ordinate and daily issuing of project specific documentation
General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
Assist QA/QC department uploading records to internal/client databases.
Work with the Site Supervisor to approve annual leave/site hours and update trackers accordingly
Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
Adhere to health and safety and environmental standards
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
The Person...
Excellent Administration skills
Very strong demonstrable experience with using Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage a diverse workload and work in a fast moving environment providing accurate and timely information to a high standard
Understanding of maintaining confidentiality
Great communications skills both written and verbal
Positive and flexible approach to work and the team

Work on the basis of rotations - 3 weeks at work, 1 week at home
