MTM Engineering Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its family with the acquisition of TA Ronan, a leading provider of cable installation and termination services in the UK. This strategic move enhances our service offerings, reinforcing our commitment to our operations in the UK. With this integration MTM Engineering Group now encompasses MTM Engineering, CET Connect and TA Ronan.
Established in 1949, TA Ronan boasts a workforce of over 50 direct employees and is headquartered in Central London, with a nationwide presence. With a proven delivery in HV, MV & LV cable installation and termination services, TA Ronan provides services to a diverse range of markets including Data Centre, Aviation, Renewable, Power Infrastructure, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.
MTM Engineering arm was founded in 1997 as a cable installation and termination company. Over our 27 years in operation, we have expanded our services organically and through acquisitions. We focus on delivering the critical path of mission critical projects, utilising our extensive experience and resources in containment, busbar, cable installation and termination services for MV, LV, ELV & ICT works. Our inhouse pre-construction and delivery teams ensure timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
This acquisition is the fourth for MTM Engineering Group, further expanding our services, enabling us to strategically grow within the UK marketplace.
Headquartered in Grangegeeth, Slane, Co.Meath, MTM Engineering Group currently directly employs over 700 people and has successfully completed large-scale Data Centre, Industrial and renewable projects across Europe and the Middle East, with current operations in 11 countries.
